Sunday School Resumes

After a blissful summer vacation, Trinity resumes Sunday School classes for all children and youth of the church on Sunday, September 8th. Being blessed with over 130 young people enrolled in the programs at Trinity (with an average attendance of 60 each week), requires a committed group of volunteers to teach Sunday School. And thankfully, that's what Trinity has.  Over 70 adult volunteers are a part of the Sunday School teaching rotation for the eight age-structured classes offered.

Nursery is provided each Sunday for babies and toddlers from birth to 2 years with a consistent staffmember each week plus a volunteer from the congregation. A preschool class for 3 -4 year olds has their own room and teachers. Starting at kindergarten and continuing through the fifth grade, Sunday School classes by age ranges are offered for children using the Godly Play curriculum.

And the Youth aren't left out!  A Youth Group that includes both middle school and high school students is offered as a part of the Sunday School

If you would like to volunteer for this vibrant ministry, or if you have questions about how to get your children involved, please contact Julia Corbett, Trinity's Children, Youth & Families Director at juliac@tpctacoma.org  or in the church office, 253.272.8819, ext 109.
