Director of Youth & Family Ministry
Trinity Presbyterian Church in Tacoma is hiring a full-time (40 hours/week) Director of Youth & Family Ministry to work with over 50 middle and high school students and their families. The Director of Youth & Family Ministry will provide leadership for a well-established youth ministry program, engaging students with the Good News of Jesus Christ, inviting them to love God, to love neighbors, and to build community in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. We’re looking for a person of sincere & mature Christian faith who finds great joy in working with youth. A background in youth or other church ministry (education and/or experience) is strongly preferred. Trinity is a vibrant neighborhood congregation of 200+ seeking to “live the Gospel in the Heart of Tacoma”, also offering a wide-variety of community-based programming in its building through the Bryant Neighborhood Center.
Schedule: Routinely on Sundays and 4 weekdays, availability for evenings, weekends, and summer trips.
Location: In-person/onsite (not remote)
Compensation Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually

Start date negotiable - June-September
