Did you know that the month of July is "Love Thy Neighbor" month in Washington State? Yes, it's a signed declaration by the Governor. The Tacoma Ministerial Alliance wrote the proposal and submitted it to the Governor this last month. The proclamation is an encouragement for all of us love and respect one another.
